Laughter, they say, is the best medicine. Eavesdropper has never been a fan of Biology but he has often grasped a thing or two when people who ‘sabi’ the subject talk about it. I think they say that laughter triggers the release of endorphins or something-something, which they call the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Well, Eavesdropper is not here today to teach you Biology – not that he would be able to do a good job of it anyway as it was his most dreaded subject in school.
The essence of the lecture is to tell you the importance of laughter. It works for me; it can work for you too. Give yourself a big dose of laughter today and I can assure you that you will testify that God is good. Just look around you; clowns are everywhere.
